We use 100% copper winding motor but other brands are using aluminum winding motor. The usage of aluminum is not fruitful as compared to copper because it’s not durable and is not a good conductor of heat which contributes to the bad performance of air curtain.

We would not recommend installing 1 single piece of 8 feet air curtain. It’s difficult to install and serve. We would strongly recommend 2x4feet.
