Warranty Coverage Terms & Conditions by Product Category
EURONICS products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects, as outlined in this document. The warranty coverage for each product category is detailed in the chart below.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The warranty is effective from the date of purchase/ invoice date.
- For new projects, we offer a complimentary warranty extension of up to a maximum of 3 months. This is to account for installation, which typically occurs 1-2 months after delivery.
- For existing infrastructures, we provide a complimentary warranty extension of 15 days to cover the period from dispatch to delivery, which can take up to 10 days.
- To access warranty services, the original invoice or warranty certificate must be presented.
- For individuals purchasing new flats/ apartments from developers, can present a possession letter from the developer.
- Replacement will be provided on a pro-rata basis if the original product is discontinued
(If the original product is discontinued, replacement of the product may happen in proportion to the original product, with similar category and similar configuration products, and the discretion lies with the management).
- In the event of a component or part unavailability, EURONICS shall be held responsible for any delays in the servicing or repair of the product.
- Warranty does not cover defects caused by rodents, pets, or events of force majeure.
- Damage or corrosion from exposure to acidic fumes or corrosive chemicals is not covered by this warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions due to external electrical causes, including but not limited to voltage fluctuations, power surges, lightning strikes, or improper electrical connections
- The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions due to external plumbing-related causes, including low or high water pressures and /or resulting impacts.
- The warranty becomes void if the installation is not performed by a qualified technician.
- Breakage during or post installation is not covered under warranty.
- All consumables like – batteries, refills, and brushes (for shoe-shining machines) are not covered under warranty.
- Electronic parts damaged by water seepage or droplets are not covered under warranty.
- Air curtains are installed in environments like paint workshops or washing areas, as exposure to paint fumes, moisture, and chemicals may damage the equipment and void the warranty.
- Air curtains should not be installed in open areas exposed to direct rain. Water exposure leads to electrical damage and malfunction, which is not covered under warranty.
- Air curtains installed in kitchen environments may accumulate grease and oil over time, leading to jammed blowers or breakdowns. Damage from such buildups is not covered under warranty.
- For all matting product lines – color fading due to direct exposure to sunlight or wear and tear by trolley movement will not be covered under warranty.
- Our service team, composed of coordinators, technicians, and site engineers, follows a standard protocol for providing remote support (virtual or online) as the initial step in resolving issues. Client support and cooperation is essential for the effectiveness of the resolution or for understanding the issue prima facie.
- Post verification from our team In case the product is found to be out of warranty –
- Service charges would be applicable, and an invoice shall be provided.
- Spare parts would be additionally chargeable.
- For multiple products, the service charges would be in multiple.

EURONICS’s warranty is strictly limited to the product and covers manufacturing defects only. EURONICS shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential expenses, damages, or losses, including those arising from faulty installation, wear and tear, misuse, improper handling of the product, or inadequate maintenance.
Products must be thoroughly inspected on delivery for damage/ breakage conditions before and after installation. Otherwise, the replacement warranty becomes void and is applicable for services only.
EURONICS is not responsible for any damage occurring during transit or improper installation.

Warranty Applicable (PAN India Non-Branch Cities)
- Other than the above-mentioned branch cities, on-site warranty is available in cities (>200 Km from the branches) and the warranty terms are subject to the distance from the nearest branch.
- Or we can ship the warranty-covered part to the site/ location, and our engineers can offer remote technical support (virtually over a video call or by sharing the repair video).
- Or, customers can send the product to the nearest branch, and it can be serviced there.

CARE AND CLEANING GUIDELINES FOR EURONICS PRODUCTS
Air Curtains
- Do not install air curtains in environments like paint workshops or washing areas. Exposure to paint fumes, moisture, or chemicals can damage the equipment.
- Avoid installing air curtains in open areas exposed to direct rain, as water can cause electrical damage and malfunction.
- Grease and oil buildup in kitchen environments over time can lead to jammed blowers or breakdowns. Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential.
Sensor Products
- Only soft cloths and non-abrasive cleaners are used to clean sensors. Abrasive cleansers can damage sensor readability.
- Avoid direct contact with water while cleaning sensors to prevent damage to electronic components.
- Regularly check batteries and power sources to ensure consistent functionality.
- Periodically clean the filter net to maintain optimal water flow and performance.
Sanitaryware Products
- A trained technician must carry out installation to ensure proper setup and warranty validity.
- Use warm water and liquid detergent to clean ceramic surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Avoid over-tightening during installation, as it can cause breakage or chipping.
- Handle heavy products with care and ensure two people assist during installation.
- Do not use metal tools or wire brushes; opt for mild detergent and a damp cloth instead.
- Refrain from using cleaners containing petroleum distillates on ceramic surfaces.
Faucet / Steel Products
- Regular cleaning is crucial to prevent scaling caused by minerals and salts in water.
- Use soft cloths and mild cleaning solutions for surface maintenance.
- Avoid exposing products to acidic fumes, especially during bathroom cleaning.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to extend the product’s lifespan.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents to maintain the sheen of nickel & chrome finishes.
- Refrain from using harsh chemicals on steel products.
Plastic Products
- Avoid abrasive cleaners on plastic surfaces to prevent scratches.
- Do not use solvents or cleaners containing chlorine on plastic fittings.
- Clean plastic products regularly using mild soap and warm water.
- Inspect the product carefully for damage before installation.
